A strong vision does not prevent collaboration and involving stakeholders in important product decisions — unless the person in charge of the product clings to her or his vision of the product. If that’s the case, then I recommend exploring why there is a strong attachment and a reluctancy to appreciate the ideas of the stakeholders.
